Getting to the reception

It’s about 30 minutes by light rail or train and 18 minutes by Uber/taxi to get from the Gardens to Bistro Gavroche.

From CQ, take the light rail to the Haymarket stop (on Rawson Pl), or take the train to Central. Bistro Gavroche is about a 10 minute walk from there.

If you’re looking for a place to kill time between the ceremony and the reception, the Old Clare Hotel is right next door to Bistro Gavroche where you can have a sit down and drink.
